Here's what is going on this week in 5th grade:
Social Studies- We will be discussing the causes of the American Revolution, including events such as the French & Indian war, Boston Massacre, and the Boston Tea Party.
Writing- This week we are reflecting on our year by writing a letter to next year's 5th grade students. We will also have free choice time to write any genre of writing!
Math- We are learning about the parts of a circle including the radius, diameter, and circumference. We are drawing circles using a compass as we create our circle murals!
Reading- We are wrapping up our author studies- I couldn't be prouder of everyone's hard work and the wonderful presentations they are giving!
